Since it's coming along so smoothly but I don't wanna rush anything or feel rushed, I thought I'd give you a littl preview on chap 7.


“What’s wrong, Kat?” He finally asked when he couldn’t take it anymore.

“Well...” she started then lost her courage to go on, “It’s nothing.”

“Yes, it is, don’t lie to me. Just say if you don’t want to talk about it.”

“Yes, no, I mean...it’s stupid, really.” She shrugged.

“Hey, I’ve already heard a lot of stupid things coming out of that cute mouth, so I don’t really thing anything can shock me anymore.” He tried to lighten the mood.

“It’s just that...last night, when we, you know...you didn’t try anything.”

“Would you have expected me to?”

“No.”

“Would you have been angry?”

“I don’t know, maybe.”

“Would you have felt used?”

Kate shrugged again, “Probably...but maybe I wouldn’t have minded to be used.” She grinned.

“Oh you, trust you to be disappointed when I don’t take advantage of you.”

“See? I told you it’s stupid.” Kate defended herself.

“No, it’s not stupid. Not at all. I think it’s very important.” Matt lay his hand over hers when she finally sat down at the table. “It’s important to me what you want.”

“Thank you.” Kate whispered and pressed a light kiss on his lips.

“Don’t thank me yet, I might just take advantage of that.” Matt grinned.

Chapter 6 is finally up. It's taken me forever. But - who would have thought? - A nice and cozy shower this morning has inspired me to continue writing and it didn't even take me all day. A few hours and I was done. As I had expected actually, since I knew what would come, but just couldn't find the right words it seemed. Anyway have fun and remember, feedback is love.
